Winners Announced: 2019 CustomerInsight Home Owner Mark of Excellence Awards presented by Constellation HomeBuilder Systems

CustomerInsight, a group of Constellation HomeBuilder Systems, honoured excellence in customer, trade and employee satisfaction on Friday, March 8 at the Home Owner Mark of Excellence (H.O.M.E.) Awards gala. Over 300 builders, trade partners and suppliers attended the event held at the Hyatt Regency Calgary to celebrate the companies who achieved exceptional customer experience scores throughout 2018, as rated by their clients.
Awards were distributed for categories including Best Customer Experience, Builder of Choice, Best Trade/Supply Partner and Industry Ambassador of the Year. Winners were chosen based off of two builder reviews (1 month post-possession and 13 months post-possession), including questions such as product and service satisfaction, process/procedures and follow-through on promises made and fulfilled to customers.
