BuilderGo was rebuilt from the ground up to give field teams, such as superintendents, warranty technicians, and site supervisors, a single mobile workflow for scheduling, walkthroughs, inspections, and field updates, all syncing back to the builder’s ERP.

Builders have long relied on paper notes, phone calls, and trips back to the trailer to keep schedules, walkthroughs, and warranty work moving. BuilderGo closes that gap. Field activity captured on the phone or tablet writes straight back to NEWSTAR and NX, with no third-party stitching in the middle.

Built for field teams who run multiple lots

BuilderGo was designed around how field teams move through a day. Quick action buttons surface the next step on a task so field teams can start, reschedule, and complete work without leaving the site. Calendar and lot views give an at-a-glance read across every active community. Bulk date editing turns repetitive updates into a single action.

Warranty walkthroughs are end-to-end on mobile. A room-by-room flow captures inline deficiencies, attaches photos with markup, and supports a full review before submission. Offline support has been expanded to cover warranty alongside scheduling, so work continues when job site connectivity drops and data syncs back when service returns.
