Percy gives homeowners instant, self‑serve access to information about their home, helping builders reduce service inquiries and deliver a more efficient post‑possession experience.
Homeowner Central centralizes service requests, messaging, and critical home documents for high‑rise, multi‑family, and single‑family production builders. With the introduction of Percy, homeowners can now ask natural‑language questions and receive immediate answers based on builder‑approved documents.
