2018 Year in Review: Most Exciting Year Yet For Constellation HomeBuilder Systems

TORONTO, ON – Constellation HomeBuilder Systems, the largest provider of home building software solutions and services, is on track to have the biggest year yet. 2018 was jam-packed with activity, from launching new products to forming partnerships with some of the biggest names in the industry.

Each year, products are created and evolved based on the needs of public and private builders. The launch of VendorGo addressed both efficiency and time savings which are two key components to a builder’s success. The new mobile application is already helping to improve vendor and builder communications by providing builders with the ability to relay real-time information at the construction site. Work has also been done to modernize the design appointment process with the new Design Studio Manager redline floorplan feature, allowing designers to focus on having more productive studio appointments.

In addition to successful product launches, Constellation HomeBuilder Systems has formed successful partnerships with many leading home-building companies ranked in the Builder 100 list. These builders are using Constellation builder management software to unite their teams, work towards their organizational growth projections and further address the needs of their operations.

In the customer experience space, Constellation HomeBuilder Systems is continuing to help homebuilders improve operational processes with valued products and services. The newly formed CustomerInsight Group is dedicated to advancing homebuyer interactions by bringing resources and opportunities to builders in a three-part process consisting of surveys & data, consulting & analysis and technology & communication.

One of the biggest events to date was the Build Smarter 2018 Conference which hosted over 320 home builders and over 60 Constellation employees in Nashville. The 3-day conference provided builders with valuable learning opportunities including 60+ software training sessions, exciting keynotes, product demonstrations, builder presentations and round-table discussions.

“To say a lot has happened would be an understatement. We accomplished so much this year,” says Chris Graham, Vice President at Constellation HomeBuilder Systems. “The year ahead is going to be an exciting period of continued growth as we seek new ways to push beyond the boundaries of the homebuilding industry.”
