How it works with QuickBooks
Trade Partner Information can be sent from BuildTopia and synced with Vendor Details in QuickBooks. This includes their estimates, cost codes, project information, lots, budgets, and approved purchase orders. The BuildTopia accounting integration for QuickBooks Online offer seamless automation to send approved purchase orders (Pos) to QuickBooks and update any Trade Partner’s remittance changes. QuickBooks will also show payment details, including the check number and check date, for TradeTopia users.

- What should be used for the Lot Name in QBO
- Select whether you are using the QBO taxes module or not
- Do you want POs to be automatically sent to QBK when approved
- What should be used for the Vendor Name in QBO
- Opt to automatically queue TP-side contract / remittance changes
- How should approved Pos appear in QBO
- What should be used for the Project Name in QBO
- What should be used for the Cost Code Name in QBO
- Choose between using QBO estimates or budgets
- How you want your PO line items to appear in QBO
