Chris has been with the company since 2005, starting off in business development and progressing to increasingly more senior roles. He came into the homebuilding world via degrees in computer engineering and business administration – and launched his career with a formative five-year period as a computer engineer at Microsoft. His path has been a unique one, allowing him to connect dots that others might overlook.

Today, he manages the home building software division of Constellation Software Inc., with a portfolio of builders across North America. Under his leadership, the team has developed more new features and products than anyone else in the industry. He brings tremendous product development skills to the table, but his success has also been based on a dedication to transparency, strong relationships – and a genuine desire to improve our industry.

Chris connects with home builders to understand their pain points and ensure we solve them. Through early adopter programs, focus groups, trade shows, user groups and more, his team ensures we don’t just keep up with industry trends – we go beyond them, always looking to the future.

With nearly 20 years of experience in homebuilding software, Bob is uniquely qualified to lead the team that guides our customers through system adoption. He oversees the software implementation process for new customers, and leads the team that provides ongoing training and consulting for existing clients. 

Before joining Constellation, Bob was Executive Vice President at Hyphen Solutions, one of Constellation’s valued business partners, where he focused on the adoption of the BuildPro-SupplyPro platform across the homebuilding industry. In his time there, 11 of North America’s top 15 homebuilders implemented this supply-chain solution across their entire organizations.

Given his experience with hundreds of software implementations, Bob has introduced best practices into our software adoption processes, ensuring our customers realize all the benefits of our software while maximizing ROI.

She has managed everything from product launches to partner relationship programs, vendor relationships to marketing strategies, social media campaigns to CRM and marketing automation initiatives.

As our marketing director, Elmira’s passion for innovation is taking the way we position our company to the next level, finding smart ways to establish our brand and build solid relationships with our customers. Since joining Constellation Homebuilder Systems, she has increased brand awareness, improved online presence, and helped launch our newest product, NEWSTAR Design Studio Manager.

One of his greatest strengths is team building; under his leadership, the Customer Care group has grown to eight times its original size – and has allowed us to provide the level of care that has become our proud standard. He also heads up the planning and operation of our Technical Services groups to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, products and initiatives.

He has led large upgrades, launched new products, and expanded QA infrastructure to ensure quality and complete reliability. Known for his attention to detail and affinity for achieving measurable results, he is driving the evolution of homebuilding software forward.

Peter’s ideas and leadership have done a great deal to advance our growing portfolio of homebuilding products – and offer innovative, efficient solutions for all our customers’ business needs.

He joined The Estridge Companies in 1987, and in 2007, after hiring Woodland, O’Brien and Associates as consultants, he decided to buy into the company, turning it into Woodland, O’Brien and Scott. When Constellation Home Builder Systems acquired Woodland in 2016, Charlie stayed on as Director of Woodland, O'Brien & Scott.

His focus has always been on creating an unbeatable customer experience; in his role with The Estridge Companies, he achieved high referral ratings and customer satisfaction scores. After joining Woodbridge, and now, Constellation, he has continued to make that his main priority, providing customers with an unwavering commitment to product and service excellence.

She has been with CONASYS for seven years, since before they were acquired by Constellation Homebuilder Systems in 2014.

Prior to her role with CONASYS, she spent 10 years growing the Moneris Solutions Gift and Loyalty Implementation and Service teams, and managed first-level IT support for Vancouver’s International Airport’s mission critical systems. Today, Kim is responsible for the day-to-day operation at CONASYS, delivery of the product, and ongoing service and customer support.

Kim is a customer-focused leader who feels strongly about doing things right the first time, always finding ways to make things better, and giving clients exactly what they need with every interaction. She has built a stellar team that efficiently deliveries a top-quality product and exemplary customer service.
