Land Dev™ Acquisition and Financing

From the identification and management of raw land parcels to final budgeting with comparisons to financials, the system keeps you up-to-date as each project progresses.

Manage Land Parcels, Acquisitions, Entitlements and Land Banking

With this system you can build a comprehensive database of land parcels that have been well researched, and receive documents to pictorially show and track your step-by-step progress. This also includes line item detail for lot development, including amenities, bridges, detention ponds and lakes of all sizes.

Templates for land acquisition, engineering, planning and construction are ready to use and are easily modified for job specific conditions. Budget generation spreadsheets are automatically created from the templates. New users can quickly understand and start using the system immediately. With this flexible series of templates in Excel and integrated to an accounting system of your choice, the system walks the user through the steps of budgeting, bidding, contract and payment for construction costs. It helps schedule all events associated with acquisition and closing of any-size land parcels, and from any number of sellers.

Track Critical Information and Create
Preliminary Budgets

LandDev offers a ‘Parcel’ tracking feature. The user is able to create an assemblage of parcels and track all information about each parcel. The scheduling system is used to track critical dates like earnest money payments, pre-engineering schedules and closing dates. Preliminary budgets can be produced and analyzed. You’ll track Tax ID’s, access a complete history of all parcel splits as development is progressing, estimate variances and stay on top of schedule changes.

You can also create a document management website where you can easily store and access pictures, letters of intent, correspondence or any document related to land development. Your long-term goals can be identified, including financial projections.

  • Manage financial allocation at the item or subcontract level, budgeting for each one individually
  • Access and utilize a chronological history of land parcel splits, estimating variances and scheduling changes throughout the development cycle
  • Answer any financial questions with detailed documented back-up of all transactions
