Whether batch processing thousands of records automatically during off-hours or a real-time single update, such as a customer phone number, this import tool can handle any-size transaction.

The data validation tool allows your system administrator to easily eliminate incorrect or duplicate data entry into your reporting database. For example, if an e-mail address is a required field and the user does not provide this, the system flags and stops that record import into the database.

The system allows for over 12 data types such as; system codes, divisions, communities, phases, construction stages, plans, elevations, categories, options, lots, lenders, real estate agents, customer information, and more.

Your administrator can run an automated download process for one-time import into the database. When receiving data, for example, from an external source marketing company, DIM initiates an easy-to-use front-end process. This allows your system administrator to import data, directly from an Excel spreadsheet or other format, and turns it into information you need and use everyday.

CSales Real-Time Application Trigger monitors and uploads transactions real-time to other applications for increased processing efficiency. It supports over 30 events such as new contract and incentive change. For instance, when a prospect signs a sales contract and becomes a homebuyer, CSales triggers an internal transaction that collects all relevant information such as selected incentives, deposits, co-buyer information, escrow information, mortgage information and much more.
